Article II: Description of Products and Services

AIC International Ltd offers a range of online programs and mentoring services, including:

- Online Programs: Focused on personal growth, business mentoring, work-life balance, and action planning.

- Group Coaching: Sessions aligned with the online programs or women’s gathering events.

- Personal Coaching: One-on-one coaching tailored to individual needs.

By subscribing to our products or services or using our website, clients acknowledge that AIC International Ltd cannot guarantee success or earnings related to their business endeavors.


Article III: Client Responsibilities

Clients agree not to cause any moral or legal harm to AIC International Ltd based on their personal financial outcomes. AIC International Ltd disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from the use of its products or services.


Article IV: Non-Disparagement Clause

By subscribing to our services, clients agree not to publicly discredit AIC International Ltd, its products, or services.

Disparagement includes making negative statements that could harm the company's reputation.

AIC International Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals who violate this clause.


Article V: Payment Terms

Payments for products and services must be made according to the following options:

- Full Payment: Due at the time of purchase.

- Installment Payment Plan:

- A deposit of 33% is required at the time of purchase.

- The remaining 66% is payable in two equal installments within 30 and 60 days.

Payments must be made via credit card through the link provided at the time of purchase. Payments are considered overdue if not received by the due date, and late fees will be applied as outlined in our refund policy.


Article VI: General Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products and services sold by AIC International Ltd.

- Clients may request a full refund within 14 days from the transaction date if no coaching or mentoring sessions have been utilized.

- Late payments incur a penalty of 5% of the total amount due for each week of delay.

- Refund requests must be sent via email to welcome@bloomtheheartofbusiness.com.

- If a refund request is made after utilizing a coaching session, no refund will be granted.

- Once a coaching session has occurred, all sales are final. Clients who subscribed via installment payments must complete all payments.

- The deposit for booking a program or service is non-refundable.

- Upon approval of a refund, access to the member area and associated services will be immediately deactivated.

- Website Notice: New terms will be posted on our website. Continued use or purchase after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

In cases of significant changes, clients may be required to acknowledge and accept new terms before completing a purchase or continuing services.
